Design Consultation

Whether you are on a tight budget or simply just looking for some design ideas and want to pick our brains, this 90 minutes session will get you on the right path. During our time together, we will discuss what you love or don’t about your home, current design trends and which is the best one for your space as well as your goals.  This session can be focused on 1 space, or it can be a general design session to get your inspiration juices flowing while giving you an overall design direction for multiple spaces in your home.

Cost of Design Consultation is $350 for 90 minutes.

Design Services for Residential Projects

The Design Services package is a great choice if you are a self-motived individual with a vision. You may already have some inspiration ideas and have done your research, but you are tired of looking at websites and are still not closer to pulling the trigger. Maybe you are worried about making a mistake or you don’t know how to get started or you may be scared of getting stuck in the process. No matter the reason, we are happy to help. 

This package includes: Design Consultation, Site Measurements, Materials Selection, Design Development Drawings, Design Presentation and Project Review Meeting with the Contractor of your choice. Please click the link below to see the full description of what is included.

Cost of Design Services is based on hourly rate of $125/ hour and typically ranges between $6,650- $9,005. This estimate may vary depending on the size of the project.

Additional services can be purchased at $125/ hour rate.

Design + Project Management Services for Residential Projects

The Design and Project Management package is a great choice if you are either short on time or you just are not confident how to go about finding a reliable contractor and managing the renovation process. You may be worried and feel overwhelmed about all the details which need to be coordinated between the design drawings and construction trades. You may also be worried about making a mistake and getting stuck in the process. We understand the process can feel overwhelming, and we are happy to help.

This package includes: Design Consultation, Site Measurements, Materials Selection, Design Development Drawings, Construction Drawings, Selection of Contractor and Millworker, Site Visits, Supervision of Millwork Installation, Schedule and Budget Meeting, Punch List and Close Out.

Cost of Design and Management Services is based on hourly rate of $125/ hour, and typically ranges between $12,500- $17,750. This estimate may vary depending on the size of the project.

Additional services can be purchased at $125/ hour rate.
